Write for us
We welcome considered pitches about attention, sensory awareness, reflection, transitions, and small rituals in ordinary life. A good proposal has a clear point, a distinct subject, and a reason it will be useful or interesting to a general reader.
What to propose
We are interested in accessible explanations, thoughtful comparisons, cultural or historical context, close observations, and low-pressure practices readers can adapt for themselves. Keep the focus specific: one useful question or idea is stronger than a broad survey of mindfulness.
A strong pitch
Briefly state the working title, central idea, intended reader, and what the piece would add. Include a short outline and any relevant writing experience or samples you choose to share. Do not send a finished article unless it has been requested.
How to send it
Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Please mention that your message is a pitch. We review ideas for fit and clarity; sending a proposal does not guarantee publication.
Attention belongs in ordinary life
Mindfulness need not be a separate project. We look for grounded ways to notice what is already here, with room for different days and different people.
